Important - Residential Trips Letter

This week the developments on coronavirus COVID-19 have been keeping us very busy. We are having to think hard about the logistics of how we keep the school open during this difficult time, whilst we will have higher levels of staff absence due to their own or their children’s symptoms. As a result we have taken the decision to cancel our residential programme this year. The letter is available to view here.

We have suggested that, where we can still staff it adequately, the community learning should continue but with a focus on the countryside and being outdoors. This will be good for the emotional wellbeing of staff and students and maintain the routines without being in places where the virus is most easily spread.
